The flake ice machine evaporator is the key component of icemakers, and it plays an extremely important role in determining the working efficiency, overall performance and service life of icemakers. So, our evaporation drum is scientifically designed and meticulously crafted so as to deliver satisfying ice making results, and here are some design details.

Evaporator: Machining and Processing
1. Our flake ice machine evaporator has a spiral refrigerant chamber which ensures that refrigerant liquid mixed in refrigerant gas will return to the compressor, and dry evaporation eliminates the risk of compressor slugging.

2. After the refrigerant chamber is properly welded, annealing treatment is adopted for the purpose of stress relief. As a result, our evaporator tank is not likely to suffer from deformation.

3. For carbon steel evaporator, chromium coating is applied on the freezing surface to enhance its hardness and wear resistance.

Ice Blade: Machining and Processing
1. Compared with ice blade manufactured via welding, our ice blade possesses much higher mechanical strength because it is a spiral scraper made from a single stainless steel bar. Moreover, it is free from internal stress which is also different from welded ones.

2. Our spiral ice blade exerts force onto the freezing surface evenly, thus dramatically extend the life span of both ice blade and ice machine evaporator.

Production Capacity
The flake ice machine evaporator has a daily production capacity of 500kg-60T, but the maximum capacity for overseas customers is 30T due to the height restriction of container.
